One more thing, do you have administrator privilege (root I mean) to that pc? Sound does work with other things, or did, but I'll check and see if alsa and components are installed. I tried changing config files to oss esd sdl, I sets env var to alsa, pulseaudio and still nothing. I have a WebPage that has a Flash Header with Buttons on it: http://www.trcompu.com If you move your cursor over one of the buttons, it changes colors and beeps.
