Solution3 (and some tricks of solution4) did the thing! If I start an update for my Windows7, the message "Es wird nach Updates gesucht" pops up and stays "endless". Ive ran several scans in safe mode, cleared my event logs, my windows updates have been turned off or prompt to install.
