Almost like the client workstation is hitting another assigned dns not part of the domain - ipconfig /all also helps but nslookup while the issue is present finds it much quicker Please enter an answer. At what point is brevity no longer a virtue? Reconfig using DHCP first and test, then set the static and see if it still works.
